It’s by far the best experience of my car service (having two car and you know nothing about auto mechanic is painful). The communication is great and they wouldn’t force me like one of my worst experience that if u don’t fix this and that please drive away your car and I wouldn’t complete your documentations. They quote all the price and let you think about it and feel free to take the quote home after they examine your vehicle. They will fix the things that affect the safety first I can feel their professionalism. For the others, have a think and take your time. I absolutely feel no pressure and anxiety to take my car for service anymore as I know they would be in good hands. There’s also a quite room to take a rest on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to worrying about whose going to pick me up or where I should go after dropping off the car!
